Custom service: peptide design

We provide a service, designing synthetic peptides as antigens for antibody production, where we will work with you in order to find sequences suitable for synthesis, conjugation and immunisation. This service is included free of charge when we are your partner in your custom antibody development project. We also offer peptide design as a stand-alone service. In the latter case, the cost depends on what the design work should include. Please contact us for a free consultation in order to determine your requirements as well as feasibility and estimated cost for the peptide design.

We will require some basic information;

• Protein sequence, and accession number.
• Target within the protein (if applicable).
• Protein sequences for which cross-reactivity is a concern.
• If available, information on prior attempts to raise antibodies against the protein.
